Question about FSB on the computer?

The FBS on my RAM which is 800 Mhz but on my motherboard it's 2600 Mhz, and my CPU which is 200 Mhz does this mean that my system will only run 800Mhz on both cpu and RAM or when it run RAM it will run at 800 Mhz and on my cpu it will run 200 Mhz ?
