Will someone help me prepare for my baby girl on the way?

I am 19 and my husband is 23. We are newlyweds trying to get n our feet...I MEAN REALLY REALLY TRYING TO GET ON OUR FEET!!!!! We were homeless when we got married this past March and we were going to wait to start our family until we were way more stable. God obviously had other intentions for us...anyhow...I am now 28 weeks (7 months) pregnant with a baby girl and I need help with supplies...we are now living in a clean and sober transition house and we just got our own car...we are tryng to save for our own place (WITH ABSOLUTELY NO FRICKIN ROOMATES!!!!) and we have nothing for the baby except for a binet, some onsies, blankets, and about 36 diapers...This is way tacky asking for help online but I am also new to this area and I DON'T KNOW ANYBODY HERE TO ASK FOR OR TO OFFER ME A BABY SHOWER!!! So you could probably see my desperation...can someone help? (If you reply I will e-mail more information to you...) I feel like such a dork doing this but I have no idea what else to do...I need help!!!!!! I hope someone out there has a huge heart...
