ASAP CONFUSED music question!!!!!?

My chemical romance? I AM SOOOO CONFUSED? there is a song 'mcr' (my chem. romance) thats BY the black parade band... Then there is a band my chem. romance singing a bunch of songs- is there a conections between the two? Is it possible the black parades are MY chem. romance band? and they really composed the song? OMG I AM CONFUSED!!!! ALL THOSE mcr Fans PLEASE explain!!!
