I need GUY ADVICE? HELP!?

just so you know i am a guy, and i would reply to her if she asked me at the last minute and i would say whether if i can go tomorrow or not, and also maybe it is just cus he has a bad internet connection, sometimes mine disconnects and wont let me back on for awhile and maybe his does the same and when he finally does get back online your gone and can't say bye or anything, and it isn't just guys, i talk to girls online and they sometimes do the same thing, just poof and gone and i don't talk to them till the next day or maybe a day later
