Alternative for dietary suplement Ensure?

Trust me I HATE ENSURE also! I find that the canned bottles of carnation instant breakfast taste so much better. There is a brand called boost as well. You can find them in some cvs, walgreens, always in shoprite and a&p and sometimes pathmark.
