I think you're caring about what every one else thinks waaaaay more than you should be. In the end, if anything happened between you and him, would it really matter what other people thought about him? It would be the two of you, not the two of you and everyone in school. You like him because you're attracted to him. Theres nothing wrong with that! Stop caring what everyone else thinks so much and do something for yourself.
