How do (some of) those on the Right reconcile their opposition to the Fairness Doctrine with their support of?
The "Fairness Doctrine" is not intended to be fair. What is fair right now is that liberals are free to find a radio station to broadcast their views. The problem for them is that NOBODY LISTENS to them. But nobody (government) is stopping them from trying. The fairness doctrine wants the government to force equal time with Limbaugh and Hannity even though NOBODY LISTENS to the liberals. The effect is to force radio stations to drop the talkers in favor of music or any other thing that doesn't point out liberal shortcomings so these stations don't go broke from no listeners for half the day. This is de facto censorship.
