Possession and Hypnotism?

Do you think it is real? There are supposebly people out there that will possess you or hypnotize you to make you do things that you don't want to do or agree to. I kind of do think that it's true but my parents always get mad at me or tell me I'm crazy, and It makes me feel stupid. But I want to know if I'm the only one who believes in this stuff?
