What's wrong with me!?!??!?

ok.. so i used to be ok with going places.. but one time i was out with my fiance' and i had to poop really bad. and was rushing home.. and the freakin tire blew out so we were stranded on the side of the road and i was about to poop in my pants so i was freaking out. and ever since then i haven't left my house. it's been over a month.. if i even think of going somewhere my stomach turns in knots and i freak out. i'm scared to death to leave my house now. in fear that i'll get stranded again and poop on myself.. WHATS WRONG WITH ME?? geez it's making me and my fiance' fight alot now.. Please help me.. THANKS!!!
