Will the pill show up in a blood test?

I want to start taking the pill because I had with my bf for the first time yesterday (don't worry we used a condom). The only problem is that I don't want my mum to know. Unfortunately she wants me to have a blood test to see if I picked up a hereditary blood disease that she has. I know that because I am over sixteen I can tell my doctor that I don't want my parents to know but my mum wants to take me, so I probably won't get chance to speak to the doctor on my own. Will the pill show up in the blood test? If it will then I don't think I will take it yet.
