Help wit this music video?? Does any one know the name of the song n person who sings it??

They played it on Mtv but its a woman singing and i guess shes part of the Circus act or something but you see all the circus ppl and shes walkin all p them like on her way to perform....i dunno if that helps but if it does can u let me know the name of the song??
